California Police Recruiter is a team of current and former California law enforcement professionals who help find and prepare the next generation of peace officers. The people behind the work have served in the roles that shape both the job and the hiring process.

Our backgrounds span SWAT, investigations, range master duties, defensive tactics instruction, bike patrol, field training, and school resource work. Members of the team are POST-certified training instructors, recruiters, and background investigators.

That mix is deliberate.

We have trained recruits, evaluated field performance, run firearms and defensive tactics programs, worked community and school assignments, and conducted the background investigations that decide who gets a badge.

Because the team is multi-cultural and has worked across California communities, we understand both the standards agencies have to meet and the candidates who can meet them. We know what a solid applicant looks like on paper, in an interview, on the range, and in the field—and where strong candidates often fall short before they ever reach an academy.
